KC Contact Centres launches a new service that means businesses never have to miss a call again.

The call handling service introduced by KC Contact Centres, part of communications provider KC, operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

It is aimed at business owners who want calls that come in outside of traditional working hours or while they are unavailable during the working day to be answered by a live person rather than voicemail.
